Leads accounting operations for two entities, including monthly and annual close, consolidated financial statements, reconciliations, intercompany billing, budgeting, forecasting, tax and licensing compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls. Supervises project accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable staff; supports accounting systems and process improvements; and explains job-cost results to operations and project managers. Requires expertise in job costing, WIP schedules, ASC 606, multi-entity consolidation, US GAAP, and financial reporting.

Manage and support Windows servers, cloud environments, storage, backups, disaster recovery, Entra ID, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms. Design and maintain systems, monitor performance, troubleshoot hardware and software, support end users, coordinate vendors, implement upgrades, document procedures, and research technologies that improve availability, continuity, and performance. This hybrid California role includes approximately 20% travel and occasional ServiceDesk responsibilities.
