Responsibilities include payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, policy management, HR systems administration, reporting, PEO relationship management, and partnership with Finance on headcount, compensation, and budgeting. The role requires hands-on tactical HR expertise and strategic judgment in a growing organization.

Drive new business and revenue with local government agencies by developing relationships, managing complex procurement and long sales cycles, closing new deals, and upselling/cross-selling SaaS permitting and municipal technology solutions. Coordinate with customer success, sales, and marketing to optimize adoption and retention.
