Our ScreenClouders can access $300 every year in the form of a self-serve, no-questions-asked personal development fund. We also have a centralised learning budget reserved for those bigger, career-transforming courses and qualifications. We want to support you and your family - we offer enhanced parental leave that provides birthing parents with 12 weeks PTO and non-birthing parents with 4 weeks PTO. You can use your flexitime or unlimited annual leave to attend antenatal appointments and classes, and to make sure you never have to miss school meetings or soccer practice as your kid grows up. We offer lots of financial perks too - we’ll contribute up to 3% of your salary towards your 401(K) and you’ll get access to heaps of retail discounts, commuter benefits and financial planning support. Our ‘Share in Success’ bonus scheme, means that if the company is doing well, our ScreenClouders do well too!
