Lead and coach frontline Tier 2 Customer Solutions teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Set expectations, monitor KPIs and feedback, remove friction, and translate company priorities into team execution. Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues, support hiring and onboarding, and travel regularly to Scout locations to reinforce culture and operations.

Serve as an advanced support resource resolving escalated, complex customer issues end-to-end. Mentor Tier 1 agents, manage escalations, investigate root causes, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Aftersales, contribute to knowledge base and process improvements, and advocate for customers while balancing policies and operational constraints.

Own roadmap and strategy for identity and access management and resource management platform products. Define unified identity models, access controls, provisioning, and auditing across systems and vehicles. Partner with security, engineering, legal, and operations to deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and adoption for internal teams, partners, and fleet use cases.

Lead development and launch of internal tools and platform capabilities, solving ambiguous problems from discovery through scale. Own 0-to-1 and 1-to-N product work, partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders, influence architecture, manage risks and integrations, and deliver operationally robust solutions including AI and payment-sensitive systems.

Design and implement Kotlin/Java Android apps, frameworks, and SDKs for vehicle infotainment (AOSP/AAOS). Use test-driven development, collaborate with UX, product, cluster, and mobile teams, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and deliver high-quality embedded HMI features for EVs.

Design and implement Kotlin-based Android/AOSP/AAOS apps, frameworks, and SDKs for vehicle infotainment. Deliver features and fixes, use TDD, perform code reviews, write design docs and roadmaps, collaborate with UX/product/engineering, and provide technical leadership.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications, driving technical architecture, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
