Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts by building executive relationships, driving solution-selling and pipeline growth, leading account planning and forecasting, and coordinating internal resources. Responsible for meeting quota, conducting business reviews/QBRs, enabling customers, and leveraging Cisco product knowledge and channel partnerships.

Lead and develop a regional partner sales team to drive revenue growth through partner recruitment, activation, pipeline generation, and strategic opportunity creation. Build executive partner relationships, execute Microsoft/cloud/AI/marketplace strategies, enforce forecasting and territory discipline, collaborate cross-functionally, and recruit/onboard partners to accelerate adoption and revenue.
