Coordinates LCL export operations, including load planning, warehouse activities, container management, shipment inquiries, and issue resolution. Communicates with steamship lines, customers, agents, terminals, and warehouses across the United States. Requires ocean export customer service or operations experience, strong organization and communication skills, geographic knowledge, and familiarity with IMDG and 49 CFR requirements.

Prepare competitive air, ocean, domestic, and project cargo quotes using Phoenix, TMS, operational systems, and online tools. Calculate freight weights, dimensions, space requirements, container needs, and applicable rates. Review carrier lanes, ports, hubs, tariffs, Incoterms, and vendor proposals. Respond to overseas requests, support RFQs, and maintain regular internal and external customer communication.

Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from quoting to file closing: schedule pickups, rate shipments, communicate with customers/vendors/offices, file AES and issue airway bills, handle direct shipments/consolidations/domestic loads, meet KPIs, maintain book of business, and ensure compliance with TSA/CBP/US Census.
