This role involves leading procurement engineering standards for mission-critical infrastructure equipment, managing supplier quality, and coordinating technical processes in energy and data center projects.

Owner of people operations infrastructure including payroll, compensation, policies, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and employee lifecycle. Partners with Finance, Legal, vendors, and business leaders to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-friendly programs, process improvements, audits, and employee support.

Provide corporate and securities legal counsel to executives, board, and cross-functional teams. Support SEC reporting, corporate governance, financings, acquisitions, securities policies, manage outside counsel, and ensure public company compliance.

Lead global sourcing and supplier relationship management for mission-critical thermal infrastructure supporting hyperscale AI and data center projects. Develop supplier ecosystems, negotiate commercial agreements, align sourcing with engineering roadmaps and IBP, manage supplier performance and capacity planning, mitigate supply risks, conduct factory assessments, and provide executive reporting on supply chain health and strategy.

The Analyst/Sr. Analyst supports capital markets financing, focuses on financial modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation, and collaborates with various functional teams.

Lead sourcing and supplier management for thermal infrastructure (chillers, liquid cooling, CRAH/CRAC, towers, heat exchangers) supporting hyperscale AI and data center deployments. Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance and manufacturing readiness, coordinate logistics and deployment planning, support technical reviews (FAT/SAT), and mitigate supply risks to ensure deployment scalability and delivery reliability.

Support and execute financings including tax equity, project finance debt, and corporate debt. Lead loan draws, letters of credit, and surety bond issuances; manage due diligence, documentation negotiation, and drive transactions to financial close. Build relationships with lenders, investors, and internal teams (Development, Procurement, Construction, Asset Management, Finance, Legal). Improve processes and take increasing responsibility with the goal of managing financings.
