Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for client websites and digital products, from strategy and discovery through visual design and prototyping. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct user research and usability audits, define information architecture and user flows, and deliver production-ready designs. Use AI throughout research, ideation, and execution while applying strong design judgment. Lead client presentations, collaborate with developers, support business development, and contribute to AI workflow improvements.

Leads end-to-end engineering across client engagements, including architecture, development, deployment, maintenance, and technical client relationships. Builds web applications, APIs, integrations, and CMS solutions while establishing development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards. Facilitates technical discovery, reviews code, manages technical debt, and evaluates AI-assisted development practices. Collaborates with designers, strategists, project managers, and QA while balancing quality, budgets, timelines, and evolving priorities.
