Coordinate international import/export and domestic transportation shipments, manage documentation and customs compliance, liaise with carriers/customs brokers, provide customer-facing shipment updates, obtain freight quotes, monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics execution.
