Manages and supports WMS, TMS, Cello, and related logistics systems for warehouse and transportation operations. Troubleshoots issues, administers data and user access, translates business needs into system requirements, coordinates enhancements, and leads testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. Develops documentation and training, supports EDI/API integrations, and collaborates with operations, IT, development teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to improve logistics system performance and efficiency.
