The Senior Product Manager will oversee the strategy and development of telematics data products, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure product viability and market alignment through customer insights and technical fluency.

Transform data into actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Partner with cross-functional teams and data engineering to ensure data quality, lineage, and AI-ready metadata. Audit datasets, define monitoring rules, document data dictionaries, pilot AI-assisted BI tools, and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to surface insights that inform business decisions.

Maintain and optimize SaaS production and demo environments, respond to and resolve incidents, manage Jira-based incident workflows, use Dynatrace and observability tools for troubleshooting, automate operational tasks, enforce security best practices, document runbooks in Confluence, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-team to improve reliability and performance.
