Own sourcing and commercialization of new food ingredients and products from concept through first production. Identify and qualify co-manufacturers and specialty suppliers, manage product specifications and testing, build landed-cost and yield models, conduct make-versus-buy analysis, negotiate pricing and terms, forecast demand, and ensure food-safety, labeling, and supplier documentation compliance. Partner with culinary, brand, distribution, and finance teams to launch products and maintain backup supply plans.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, variance analysis, multi-state payroll, HRIS operations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance across a growing restaurant business. Owns financial statement accuracy, payroll tax filings, licenses, permits, certifications, and scalable process improvements while advising leadership and partnering with accounting and HR teams.
