Own demand strategy, pipeline targets, market-launch campaigns, budgets, paid and owned performance, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and lead-funnel reporting. Manage and coach a growing team and external agencies while generating qualified leads, tours, marketing-sourced pipeline, and services revenue. This player-coach role requires hands-on campaign execution and the creation of scalable systems, launch playbooks, KPIs, and team processes.
