Drives full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly retail roles across 10–15 stores. Manages 50–60 active requisitions, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews and offers, executes hiring events, maintains recruitment data in Workday and Phenom, and partners with store leaders and talent teams. The Recruiter also tracks pipeline health, supports seasonal hiring campaigns, and delivers a consistent candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Develop and lead the people strategy across 14 West Region stores, partnering with executives and store leaders on organizational change, executive coaching, talent acquisition, training, performance management, associate relations, culture, and people analytics. The role collaborates with compensation, benefits, legal, people technology, and operations teams while guiding HR initiatives and supporting business goals.
