Manages hotel rooms and restaurant operations, including staffing, guest satisfaction, service quality, budgets, forecasts, business plans, compliance, security procedures, and financial performance. Leads hiring, training, coaching, performance management, succession planning, customer complaint resolution, process improvement, and strategic operational initiatives while maintaining alignment with company standards and owner expectations.

Supervises front desk operations and staff while ensuring excellent guest service. Handles check-ins, check-outs, reservations, cash transactions, guest concerns, telephone inquiries, and hotel information. Trains and coaches team members, maintains accurate guest accounts, promotes room sales, and operates PBX equipment. May drive hotel guests to and from the airport or other destinations while following safety regulations.
