Support brokers in managing and growing a specialized wholesale commercial insurance portfolio. Handle new business and renewals, prepare submissions and proposals, review policies/endorsements/invoices, ensure compliance, maintain account data, analyze portfolio trends, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, and deliver high-quality client service to drive retention and growth.

Executes marketing strategies, campaigns, brand programs, and lead-generation initiatives. Researches markets and competitors, analyzes campaign performance, tracks KPIs, prepares sales forecasts, maintains marketing records, and recommends improvements. Collaborates with sales, design, and content teams to produce advertising materials, ensures brand compliance, and communicates marketing plans and results to senior management.

Leads risk-based internal audits, including planning, testing, execution, reporting, and follow-up. Performs risk assessments, business process analysis, compliance reviews, and internal control testing. Develops recommendations to strengthen controls and improve processes, communicates findings to management, resolves issues, and monitors action plans. The role requires knowledge of insurance accounting, regulatory requirements, risk management, data analysis tools, control frameworks, Microsoft Office, and preferably CPA or CIA certification.

The Transactional Liability Underwriter optimizes underwriting strategies and manages risks for M&A transactions, analyzing contracts and collaborating with stakeholders.

The Underwriting Associate supports underwriters by analyzing applications, assessing risks, ensuring compliance, and managing documentation, collaborating across departments.

The Underwriting Technical Coordinator supports wholesale insurance operations by managing binding processes and ensuring accurate policy documentation, while maintaining communication with agents and carriers.
