Roadie Benefits Overview

Owns day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, including HRIS implementation and administration, payroll coordination, benefits, multistate leave, compliance, reporting, and employee support. Builds scalable workflows, procedures, automation, and resources while managing broker and carrier relationships. Partners with leadership to improve benefits and employee experience, maintain accurate people data, and implement efficient systems and processes.

Develops, organizes, audits, and maintains internal and external customer experience content, including Salesforce knowledge bases, guides, macros, communications, and self-service resources. Partners with Training, Quality, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure accurate, accessible, searchable, and brand-aligned content. Manages content requests, supports feature and campaign updates, optimizes knowledge-base performance, and reports improvement opportunities to CX leadership.

Serves as a strategic people partner to leaders across Roadie, owning employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching, compliance, talent management, job architecture, engagement initiatives, and people analytics. Supports onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and day-to-day People Operations while helping scale programs and organizational effectiveness.
