Ro (Ro.co) Offices

Performs receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counts, and inbound/outbound logistics at the Torrance warehouse. Operates forklifts and pallet jacks, maintains accurate inventory, monitors supplies, follows safety and quality procedures, and keeps the facility clean and organized. Works full-time Monday through Friday to meet shipping deadlines and support patient orders.

Process prescription and over-the-counter medication orders by picking, packing, and preparing shipments accurately and on time. Troubleshoot order and shipping issues with pharmacists and care teams, maintain an organized work environment, and support safe medication dispensing in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy. Collaborate with doctors, engineers, product managers, and other multidisciplinary teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Package and ship outbound patient orders, prepare packaging, receive and organize inventory, replenish supplies, and maintain accurate stock levels. Operate manual pallet jacks occasionally, maintain a clean and safe fulfillment workspace, follow SOPs and safety protocols, and collaborate with team members to meet shipping targets. The role requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, effective communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
