Manage CM relationships, material risk mitigation, EOL transitions, RMA/failure analysis, design refreshes, and scalable processes to ensure production continuity and drive continuous improvement across quality, cost, yield, and cycle time.

Lead cross-functional technical programs integrating hardware and software for vehicle development. Create and maintain schedules, manage dependencies and risks, influence engineering and product teams, report progress, and drive process improvements to ensure delivery quality and scalability.

Develop and validate ECU hardware for automotive applications with a focus on EMC/EMI. Review designs, write and execute LV/HV and RF test plans, identify susceptibilities (ESD, transients, radiated/conducted emissions), collaborate with electrical/mechanical engineers, and define bonding/grounding/shielding specifications.

Design and optimize scalable geospatial data pipelines to convert high-frequency vehicle sensor telemetry into high-fidelity map features. Build map-matching, trajectory smoothing, and sensor-fusion algorithms, apply statistical tests for change detection and map validation, and lead system architecture for low-latency spatial indexing and storage while collaborating with embedded, perception, and cloud teams.

Design, develop, debug, and test Android-based user-facing applications (e.g., Navigation, Media). Collaborate with product and UI/UX teams, write test code, and ensure app quality, robustness, and performance during a full-time fall internship.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of vehicle low-voltage energy systems. Define requirements, support integration and validation (SIL/HIL/Component/Vehicle), run trade studies and testing, support board bring-up and issue resolution, and coordinate system delivery through development to release.

Lead supplier quality and manufacturing excellence for electronic modules, driving PPAP/RGA maturity, VDA audits, KPI performance, root-cause problem solving with contract manufacturers, and risk mitigation from development through high-volume production.
