Lead the 0-to-1 architecture, development, testing, and launch of Riverside Insights’ Reach platform and next-generation CogAT assessment. Build and manage a 6–10 engineer team, make build-versus-buy decisions, oversee AWS infrastructure and regulated-data compliance, lead customer migration, and translate product roadmaps into technical execution. The role is hands-on, requiring active coding, full-stack fluency, AI-native development, cross-functional partnership, and senior leadership communication.

Manage renewals, new business, and expansions for small EdTech customers. Drive inbound/outbound sales, present product solutions, build segmented sales plans, leverage CRM and automation, analyze inquiry trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain product and sales methodology knowledge.

Build and lead a sales enablement function: elicit and codify sales motions, design and deliver rep training, create measurement frameworks tied to revenue and field adherence, run recurring performance cadence with sales leadership, and hire/coach a small enablement team to improve quota attainment.
