Administer and standardize Microsoft 365 E5 tenant configuration (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Fabric); implement security and compliance controls (Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, privileged access); enable AI safely; document standards and runbooks; coordinate with MSPs and vendors; improve governance, automation, and operational maturity to reduce risk and external dependencies.

Lead design and execution of compensation and benefits programs, including pay equity analyses, salary structures, incentives, benefits administration, vendor management, compliance, HRIS-driven analytics, and clear employee communications to support attraction, retention, and organizational growth.

Lead full proposal lifecycle from RFP review through submission for public and private environmental projects. Manage schedules, compliance matrices, and content libraries; coordinate and write/edit technical narratives, resumes, and executive summaries; drive capture planning and go/no-go decisions; manage graphics production with InDesign/Adobe CC and maintain CRM records in Microsoft Dynamics; support presentations, collateral, social content, and mentor junior marketing staff.
