Lead and develop gallery teams to deliver a luxury customer experience. Recruit, coach, and motivate staff; support leadership with initiatives and training; ensure operational excellence, quality, showroom presentation, and safe handling of merchandise.

Lead and develop gallery associates to deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales and control expenses, recruit and retain talent, enforce loss prevention and inventory controls, analyze business performance, implement initiatives, and represent RH’s design ethos and brand standards.

Provide luxury, consultative sales and client service in an RH Gallery. Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services, manage the client experience from first contact through delivery, grow client relationships, meet fiscal goals, support visual and quality standards, and represent the RH brand.

Receive and process shipments, ticket merchandise, organize furniture movement on the sales floor and stockroom, ensure client ship-outs within 24 hours, manage inventory preparation and execution, and maintain gallery equipment and facilities while performing required physical tasks.

Create and maintain SolidWorks CAD models, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation for furniture. Implement engineering revisions, support new collection development, prepare design presentations, document meetings, and improve development workflows.

The Curating Associate executes visual merchandising floor sets, maintains gallery presentation and inventory integrity, audits planograms and visual maps, updates signage and graphics, and trains gallery staff on visual standards, maintenance, recovery, and product care. The role supports creative execution, client experience, team engagement, and sales while representing RH’s luxury design aesthetic. Candidates need visual merchandising experience, strong organization and communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding gallery work.

Lead strategic relationships and regional sales growth for luxury Hospitality and Residential FF&E accounts. Own full project lifecycle from specification to fulfillment, generate forecasts, pursue new customers and projects, collaborate with design/sourcing/operations, attend industry events, and log activities in CRM to meet sales and margin targets.
