Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble upholstery components to purchase order specifications. Select threads and supplies, steam and press fabrics, use hand tools, provide progress updates, maintain quality and safety, handle materials, and support specialty projects.

Receive and process shipments, ticket merchandise, organize furniture movement on the sales floor and stockroom, ensure client ship-outs within 24 hours, manage inventory preparation and execution, and maintain gallery equipment and facilities while performing required physical tasks.

Provide elevated luxury service to gallery clientele by qualifying needs, managing the client experience from contact to delivery, promoting RH Interior Design services, growing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and supporting gallery visual and quality standards.

Lead and grow the residential trade business for the Gallery by building and managing a trade-focused team, developing client relationships, overseeing trade projects, coordinating cross-functional services, achieving fiscal goals, and delivering a luxury experience for interior design clientele.

Lead and develop gallery associates to deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales and control expenses, recruit and retain talent, enforce loss prevention and inventory controls, analyze business performance, implement initiatives, and represent RH’s design ethos and brand standards.

Provide elevated service to RH Trade clients by qualifying and managing trade relationships, conducting consultations and site visits, coordinating cross-functional teams, achieving fiscal goals, and supporting project installations to grow the Gallery's trade business.

Lead creative direction for medium-sized or components of large interior design projects, collaborate with sales, sourcing and operations, manage multiple projects from discovery to final deliverables, elevate processes and mentor team designers, and occasionally travel domestically and internationally.
