The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals through consultative selling while offering operational support to a remote contact center team. They will educate consumers on products, handle escalated calls, ensure service delivery, and provide training and mentorship.

Manages large key accounts for complex laboratory workflow solutions, develops new business, maintains customer relationships, collaborates on account-specific proposals, meets revenue goals, and reports account and financial updates. Requires experience selling laboratory configurations, with preference for reproductive health and newborn screening products sold to public health laboratories. Travel up to 50% is required.
