Leads global pharmaceutical revenue accounting, technical accounting assessments, revenue recognition policies, SEC disclosures, order-to-cash accounting, royalty accounting, and SOX controls. Reviews complex commercial contracts, prepares U.S. GAAP memos, oversees monthly close activities, supports audits, and coordinates with U.S. and international Finance teams. The role also manages accounting for an international pharmacy program and partners with auditors, internal stakeholders, and third-party logistics providers.

Leads the global People Operations function for a rapidly scaling biopharmaceutical company. Builds the operating model, employee-service delivery structure, lifecycle processes, governance, controls, and global mobility integration. Oversees onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, records, leaves, accommodations, compliance, and work authorization. Sponsors HR service-delivery technology, self-service, automation, and AI initiatives while measuring operational performance. Builds and leads a global team, supports regional expansion, and partners with HR, Legal, People Technology, and business leaders.

Establish and lead the People Analytics function, building trusted workforce data foundations, governance, privacy standards, analytical products, workforce planning capabilities, and AI-enabled decision support. Partner across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership to deliver executive insights, improve workforce decisions, and scale analytics operations. Recruit and develop the analytics team while ensuring responsible data use, global-local compliance, stakeholder adoption, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Manages global and domestic tax compliance and reporting, including VAT/GST, ASC 740 tax provisions, transfer pricing, income tax, sales and use tax, audits, tax credits, SEC disclosures, and SOX controls. Partners with internal finance teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions, supports international expansion, improves tax processes, and coordinates tax authority inquiries and documentation.

Manage day-to-day Legal Department operations, implement processes and workflows, drive process improvements and metrics, coordinate onboarding/training, manage vendor and financial support, maintain knowledge repositories and collaboration sites, support legal technology adoption, and coordinate meetings, logistics, and departmental projects to enable efficient legal services delivery.
