Revolution Medicines Benefits Overview

Leads pharmaceutical revenue accounting and gross-to-net processes, including close activities, accruals, reserves, forecasting, controls, government pricing, analytics, and global revenue reporting. Partners with Commercial, Market Access, FP&A, Accounting, and regional Finance teams to develop scalable methodologies, support SOX and SEC compliance, improve forecast accuracy, and inform senior leadership. Oversees external consultants and drives automation and advanced analytics across revenue accounting and finance operations.

Leads global commercial project management within an assigned oncology disease area. Drives cross-functional planning, governance, launch readiness, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and execution across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance, and regional teams. Develops project plans, dashboards, reporting tools, and commercialization best practices while supporting capability growth and potential future people leadership.

Leads global pharmaceutical revenue accounting, technical accounting assessments, revenue recognition policies, SEC disclosures, order-to-cash accounting, royalty accounting, and SOX controls. Reviews complex commercial contracts, prepares U.S. GAAP memos, oversees monthly close activities, supports audits, and coordinates with U.S. and international Finance teams. The role also manages accounting for an international pharmacy program and partners with auditors, internal stakeholders, and third-party logistics providers.
