Lead demand-capacity forecasting for 800+ renewable projects: build and maintain WBS and planned-hours models, translate utilization and pipeline metrics into hiring and staffing recommendations, coordinate cross-functional resourcing, drive data quality and variance reporting, own forecasting system of record, and present forecasts to executive leadership.

Lead and produce detailed, constructible 3D electrical models and drawings for utility-scale PV and BESS projects using Autodesk Inventor. Lead and own accounting integrity, monthly close, financial reporting, internal controls, audit and tax support, lender compliance, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A analysis, and improvements to finance systems while partnering with leadership and external advisors.

Senior contributor on high-voltage substation design focused on protection & control and physical design. Lead QA/QC, redline and cross-check drawings, produce complex plans and specifications, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients, and perform occasional field visits (~10%). Serve as technical resource across projects and may act as Engineer of Record if eligible.

Lead physical design of high-voltage substations for renewable interconnections, producing AutoCAD drawings and 3D models, developing grounding, conduit, and equipment layouts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing subconsultant work, and ensuring compliance with utility and safety standards. Mentor junior staff and manage fast-turn deliverables.

Support delivery of utility-scale solar, BESS, substation, and related infrastructure projects. Manage defined scopes, coordinate teams and subconsultants, track schedules and budgets, maintain document control, support invoicing, identify risks, and act as day-to-day lead on smaller projects under PM direction.

Lead renewable energy engineering projects from kickoff through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables; coordinate internal teams and subconsultants, manage risks and invoicing, serve as client contact, and mentor junior staff to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Lead and perform complex power system studies (short-circuit, arc-flash, load-flow, harmonics), design collection systems, build interconnection models, produce client-ready reports, manage multiple projects, mentor junior engineers, and apply tools like ETAP and Python to automate analyses for large-scale renewable energy projects.
