Design and develop electromagnetic warfare and spectrum operations software, including data models, RF propagation integrations, C2 and sensor APIs, AI-assisted coding workflows, and deployments across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments. Demonstrate software to customers, translate feedback into requirements, document and test solutions, mentor developers, and support agile delivery. The role requires an active US Top Secret/SCI clearance and travel to customer sites.

Deploys and operationalizes mission-focused software for defense and military customers. Leads on-site discovery, workflow mapping, technical translation, data integration, architecture validation, training, installation support, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement. Works with operational forces, engineering teams, and subcontractors across tactical network environments, including classified enclaves. Identifies opportunities for generative AI, dashboards, and secure agent infrastructures while translating operational requirements into product and engineering artifacts.

Supports the Joint Targeting Platform as a SkillBridge intern and targeting subject matter expert. Responsibilities include translating Army, Joint, and Coalition operational needs into software requirements; documenting SOPs, CONOPS, TTPs, user stories, and system artifacts; identifying data integrations; supporting training, demonstrations, working groups, briefings, and analytical reports; and advising engineering teams on targeting and warfighter use cases.
