Support new business and renewal placement for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth personal lines. Evaluate referrals, prepare and submit applications and proposals, negotiate with carriers, and develop renewal strategies. Collaborate with sales and service teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and use proprietary AI and other technologies to optimize placement and client outcomes.

Support FP&A for business units by building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide recommendations, ad hoc analyses, audit support, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, automation, and analytic accuracy to support business decision-making.
