Grow and service key accounts by building strong customer relationships, delivering product expertise and technical solutions (including onsite job-site visits), supporting customer-experience initiatives, training branch team members, and identifying growth opportunities with new and existing customers.

Manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio by executing collections, resolving disputes, reconciling payments, processing lien waivers, and ensuring compliance with lien/tax requirements. Partner with branches, sales, and customers to protect assets, improve cash flow, place accounts with agencies when needed, and maintain tax exemption documentation.
