Defines and evolves software architectures for AR-based aerospace and mission systems. Leads architecture across embedded, real-time graphics, simulation, networking, cloud, edge, AI/ML, and aircraft integration. Establishes standards for secure, scalable, safety-critical software; supports DO-178 compliance, DevSecOps, CI/CD, containerization, and digital engineering. Collaborates with engineering, product, systems, and program teams on technical baselines, interfaces, verification, customer engagements, and proposals.

Leads enterprise software architecture across Red 6’s AR defense products and future platforms. Defines architecture roadmaps, governance, engineering standards, modernization initiatives, and secure cloud, edge, embedded, real-time, AI/ML, simulation, and mission software architectures. Partners with engineering, product, systems, program, and executive teams; guides integrated hardware/software systems, aircraft and avionics integration, digital engineering, risk mitigation, customer engagements, staffing, and mentorship. Ensures scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and mission-ready software ecosystems.

Lead electrical architecture, design, test, integration, and manufacturing for next-generation AR airborne systems. Derive subsystem requirements, perform trade studies, prototype and verify designs, produce documentation, mentor the electrical team, and ensure compliance with military environmental and EMI/EMC standards.

Owns the end-to-end capture lifecycle for Department of Defense pursuits, including competitive assessments, win strategies, teaming, bid/no-bid decisions, customer engagement, proposal development, and post-award transition. The role coordinates engineering, contracts, finance, security, and proposal teams while shaping R&D and prototype opportunities into programs of record. It requires expertise in Shipley methodology, DoD acquisition pathways, training and simulation markets, and emerging AR/XR/LVC technologies.
