Processes and closes work orders, verifies customer billing requirements, enters purchase orders, resolves pending and aging work, and ensures scheduled maintenance orders are completed before month-end. Lead engineering for complex material handling system proposals through award, execution, and post-installation. Define workflows, schedules, acceptance tests, and manage integration of mechanical, controls, software, and installation teams. Coordinate subcontractors, procurement (RFP/RFQ), change control, and interface with owners, GCs, and local code requirements. Provide technical subject matter expertise for AGVs, ASRS, conveyors, robotics, WMS/WCS integration, and rack/mezzanine design.

Sell Raymond West warehouse products and services within a defined territory, maintain accurate customer and equipment records, generate sales volume and gross profit, provide strong customer service, present proposals, and perform regular local travel to customer sites. Requires organization, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work off-hours and learn product offerings.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems for customer reporting and business insights. Perform SQL-based processing and data uploads, identify data inconsistencies, maintain reliable datasets, document procedures, and develop standardized workflows. Support dashboards, reporting tools, process improvement, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and traveling to customer sites.
