Leads major or multiple civil engineering projects, managing budgets, schedules, resources, client relationships, design quality, and multidisciplinary teams. Performs and oversees civil design involving roadway, drainage, utilities, grading, hydrology and hydraulics, transit, and construction plans, specifications, and estimates. Supervises engineering teams, mentors junior staff, supports proposals and business development, manages technical and financial issues, and coordinates project reviews and construction design support. Travel across various U.S. locations may be required.

Lead rail infrastructure design from concept through construction using CAD; produce plans, specifications, and cost estimates; perform data analysis, QA/QC, and technical support; mentor junior staff; manage multiple rail design projects and collaborate with regional and national teams to deliver high-quality rail solutions.
