Manage a pooled portfolio of customers to improve satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion. Respond to inquiries, resolve critical issues, provide consultative guidance and basic training, support renewals and upsells, document customer activity in CRM systems, and monitor workflows and churn risks. Collaborate with internal teams, communicate product updates and best practices, attend industry promotional events, and support customers through onboarding, ongoing usage, and potential termination.

Supports governance, risk, and compliance programs by maintaining risk registers, conducting assessments, tracking mitigation plans, monitoring regulatory and control adherence, coordinating audit evidence, and updating policies. The role develops risk metrics, supports audit readiness, leads compliance training and awareness initiatives, and maintains documentation for audits, investigations, and post-incident reviews.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from outbound prospecting through close. Generate pipeline through outbound outreach and ABM campaigns, engage executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders, follow the SPICED methodology, maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy, use Gong for call analysis and self-coaching, and deliver accurate forecasts. Success includes closing $800K+ in new ARR, sourcing 60%+ of pipeline, and maintaining 3–4x pipeline coverage.
