Supports U.S. Space Force space electronic warfare systems across procurement, development, testing, integration, modernization, and sustainment. Responsibilities include requirements development, architecture and interface analysis, modeling and simulation, test planning and evaluation, technical documentation, acquisition support, logistics planning, contractor coordination, and fielding decisions. The role engages government sponsors, industry, and mission partners while supporting fixed, deployable, and virtual systems.

Designs, deploys, secures, and maintains Windows, Linux, macOS, cloud, endpoint, identity, and collaboration systems. Leads AI and agentic AI deployments, scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation. Administers Azure, Microsoft 365 GCC High, Purview, Zscaler, Jira, GitHub, Intune, and related platforms. Provides end-user and executive support, troubleshoots complex issues, manages vendors, documents systems, and independently delivers technical projects aligned with business goals.

Leads NIST RMF, security authorization, continuous monitoring, and cybersecurity risk activities while engineering automation for compliance, vulnerability management, evidence collection, and remediation. Develops integrations, dashboards, policy validation, and Compliance as Code using cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and scripting languages. Partners with engineering and security teams to embed controls into cloud and DevSecOps workflows.

Design, implement, secure, and operate enterprise GCP environments for U.S. federal workloads. Build cloud networking, Kubernetes platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and security controls aligned with federal compliance frameworks. Support ATOs, continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, technical documentation, customer collaboration, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Architect and evolve a secure hybrid Azure and Kubernetes platform supporting continuous software delivery across classified and unclassified environments. Lead platform standards, landing zones, networking, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, identity, secrets management, governance, and SRE practices. Establish reusable developer self-service capabilities, manage multi-cluster environments, define security and operational standards, conduct architecture reviews, and drive platform modernization for mission-critical space operations.

Monitor and secure federal cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Perform cloud threat hunting, log analysis, incident response, and develop cloud security playbooks and monitoring use cases. Ensure cloud logs are integrated with SIEM tools, tune detection systems, establish KPIs, support threat information sharing, and assist with cloud SOC tool deployment and proof-of-concept efforts.

Design, build, automate, and operate secure cybersecurity infrastructure supporting SOC missions. Develop infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, software, APIs, and automation for detection engineering and incident response. Integrate security controls throughout development workflows and evaluate AI-enabled engineering solutions. Partner with SOC, cloud, software, and cybersecurity teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
