Partner with Account Managers to analyze customer needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, configure demo environments, map requirements to product features, assist with upgrade evaluations, and act as technical SME across sales, implementation, and product teams.

Serve as product expert working with Account Managers to perform needs analysis, configure/demo solutions for existing customers, maintain demo environments, create presentation materials, map customer requirements to product features, and liaise with internal teams to support upgrades and implementations.

The Enterprise Account Manager will manage relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
