Provide pre-contract and preapproval mortgage guidance to homebuyers, support builder sales teams, manage loan backlog and handoffs to Mortgage Operations, report pipeline status, and drive relationship-building and customer service to support home sales and on-time closings.

Perform monthly accounting tasks including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting SOX documentation. Prepare internal financial reports, cash flow projections, forecasts, and year-end tax packages. Coordinate with National Shared Services and assist on special projects as needed.
