Full-cycle mid-market Account Executive responsible for outbound pipeline generation, running territory strategy, multi-threaded discovery and demos, managing $25K-$60K deals through a 90–150 day cycle, closing new logos, forecasting accurately, and handing off to implementation while feeding market insights to Product. Travel up to 25%.

Lead execution of the product roadmap translating CPO vision into deliverables. Own product workstreams, coach a small PM/design team, drive cross-functional alignment, ground decisions in customer insight and data, and build scalable processes for prioritization, execution, and measurement.

Lead and mentor an engineering team to deliver high-quality SaaS features end-to-end. Drive architecture and technical decisions, manage execution and support escalations, improve CI/CD and observability, track delivery KPIs, and participate in hiring and career development to scale the team in a fast-growing startup environment.
