Lead engineering efforts for EPC power generation and energy storage projects from detailed design through construction and commissioning. Coordinate subcontractors, manage document control, ensure deliverables meet contracts and codes, support constructability, change management, scheduling, site engineering, and commissioning while mentoring field engineers and enforcing safety and quality.

Review client SCADA specifications and drawings, solicit and manage SCADA vendor proposals, coordinate with substation/BESS/O&M teams, support commissioning and performance testing, troubleshoot operational sites, attend vendor training, and document/track issues through resolution.

Support utility-scale solar and BESS projects through advanced geospatial analysis, engineering-quality map production, terrain and LiDAR processing, and workflow automation. Develop repeatable geoprocessing tools, maintain project geodatabases, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams throughout project lifecycle.

Lead multiple utility-scale BESS projects from design through commercial operation, managing engineering, construction, schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, safety, quality, and client/stakeholder relationships. Coordinate internal teams, potentially oversee several large EPC projects simultaneously, and travel extensively to industrial construction sites.

Lead site-level quality assurance and continuous improvement for utility-scale BESS projects. Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, implement Lean Six Sigma improvements, train teams, supervise quality technicians, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements to deliver projects efficiently.

Support utility-scale solar, BESS, substation, and high-voltage construction projects by onboarding and mentoring field staff, tracking costs and schedules, managing RFIs/submittals/permits, coordinating engineering deliverables, assisting subcontractor compliance, producing redlines/record drawings, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and lessons learned.

Support Project Managers on utility-scale solar, BESS, and high-voltage projects by assisting with schedules, budgets, reporting, document control, coordination of engineering/construction/procurement/subcontractors, tracking progress and costs, managing change items, and supporting safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Lead design, construction, and completion of utility-scale BESS projects. Oversee engineering, procurement, schedules, contracts, finances, equipment selection, customer relationships, and project closeout.
