Lead the accounting function through a first-year GAAS audit, remediate historical balances, own multi-entity month-end close, write and defend U.S. GAAP technical memos, manage auditors and advisors, build NetSuite and close automation, own equity/ASC 718 accounting and disclosures, and develop the accounting team toward PCAOB-readiness and public-company reporting standards.
