The manager also provides 26–30 clinical hours weekly and travels to regional sites weekly or bi-weekly.

The Vice President and Head of Payer Strategy leads national payer relationships, contract negotiations, rate optimization, multi-state market expansion, credentialing strategy, and value-based care partnerships for urgent care and behavioral health services. The role develops payer value propositions, negotiates commercial and Medicaid contracts, builds performance dashboards, models financial risk, and leads cross-functional governance across clinical, finance, operations, and revenue cycle teams. This executive position also builds the payer strategy function and influences CEO, board, and payer C-suite stakeholders.

Build and enhance user-facing AI applications, frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems, support deployment and monitoring, validate pipeline and AI output quality, implement reporting security controls, and provide Level 3 product support. Collaborate with technical, clinical, operational, and business stakeholders while following software engineering, testing, security, privacy, and governance standards.
