Responsibilities include invoice processing, expense allocation, reimbursement oversight, remediation of a $30 million backlog, reporting, controls, managed service provider oversight, and interpretation of fund documents and legal agreements. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Technology, and external providers to resolve complex matters and modernize expense management through process improvements, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Supports assigned business areas across the employee lifecycle, managing onboarding, mobility, offboarding, employee inquiries, performance issues, talent reviews, succession planning, and performance cycles. Lead AI-enabled marketing workflows and collaborate with investment, digital, channel, analytics, and regional marketing teams to improve content efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Manage end-to-end corporate action processing across global assets, including mandatory and voluntary events, loan amendments, proxy voting, defaults, and class actions.
