Underwrite and bind medium-to-complex workers' compensation risks, follow underwriting guidelines, support payroll partner relationships, issue certificates, assist sales with technical questions, manage high transaction volume, maintain coverage and rating knowledge, and participate in portfolio review. Travel up to 10%.

Manage the full lifecycle of California workers' compensation claims from intake to closure, handling high-exposure and complex claims, determining compensability and reserves, coordinating litigation and medical management, negotiating settlements, providing customer and agent support, and mentoring junior adjusters while improving claims processes.
