Performs month-end close activities, prepares journal entries and financial reports, reconciles balance sheet and intercompany accounts, maintains general ledger structures, and supports audit and state and local tax reporting. The role also ensures compliance with accounting standards, coordinates with Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, and updates FloQast close checklists and reconciliations.

Supports colorists and finishing teams across post-production projects. Responsibilities include project preparation, media ingest and conforming, color tracing, rendering, QC, technical setup, theatrical finishing, DCI and EDR workflow support, theater calibration, client coordination, VFX integration, asset archiving, workflow handoffs, and task tracking. The role requires strong color-management knowledge, grading software experience, attention to detail, communication skills, and flexibility for swing shifts, overtime, weekends, and variable schedules.
