Lead Ontario’s end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and transportation. Manage approximately 10 direct reports while driving safety, quality, regulatory compliance, throughput, continuous improvement, automation, cost savings, and LEAN maturity. Partner with global stakeholders on inventory strategy and capacity planning, and oversee logistics vendors, supplier relationships, KPIs, and operational performance.

Leads complex enterprise radiology product deployment projects from planning through implementation. Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, customer relationships, cross-functional teams, technical integrations, onboarding, and regulatory requirements. The role advises customers, resolves complex issues, supports presales, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement. Healthcare IT, radiology or cardiology informatics experience and knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and clinical workflows are required.

Manages complex customer-facing cloud and PACS projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, team leadership, customer-site implementation, regulatory compliance, change management, KPI oversight, and continuous process improvement.
