Leads firmwide justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy across a global design practice. Requires professional design or related expertise combined with organizational change, cultural intelligence, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Lead and deliver complex architectural projects from design through construction administration. Coordinate consultants, manage documentation quality, administer contracts, perform code reviews, mentor staff, and contribute to marketing and technical leadership.

Lead all phases of the design process in higher education projects. Manage teams and project execution, communication, budget, and client relations while ensuring high standards in design and project delivery.
