Lead all phases of the design process in higher education projects. Manage teams and project execution, communication, budget, and client relations while ensuring high standards in design and project delivery.

Lead schematic and conceptual design efforts, prepare presentation materials and models, evaluate code/site constraints, coordinate with consultants, mentor staff, and advance sustainability and living-design goals while producing client deliverables and participating in marketing and community engagement.
