Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Perforce’s BlazeMeter Application Testing business in the U.S. West. Own net-new revenue targets, manage complex Fortune 500/1000 relationships, demonstrate products, represent the company at events, leverage SIs, VARs, and alliance partners, provide market feedback, and close enterprise contracts. The role may also mentor less experienced sales team members and support additional products or brands.

Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for the Delphix portfolio across a US central/east territory. Own net-new revenue, gross margin, quota attainment, complex sales cycles, product demonstrations, customer relationships, and enterprise contract closures. Represent products at events, provide market feedback to product teams, leverage SIs, VARs, and alliance partners, and potentially mentor less experienced sales professionals.

Partners with the CEO and executive team to drive company strategy, business operations, revenue and sales operations, business systems, AI infrastructure programs, and special projects. Leads KPI tracking, executive cadence, cross-functional program execution, PMO operations, acquisition due diligence and integration, systems optimization, forecasting, and organizational alignment across global functions.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise Delphix customers in the central US to drive adoption, mitigate risk, secure renewals, identify expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, measure KPIs, and manage escalations.
