Leads complex, cross-team technical programs including platform releases, integrations, migrations, and Tier 1 client engineering commitments. Owns workback plans, dependency management, operating cadences, risk escalation, status reporting, and delivery coordination. Translates client needs into engineering work, resolves blockers, improves TPM processes, mentors junior program managers, and introduces tools and AI-native workflows. The role does not manage people, own product direction, or make technical architecture decisions.

Create advertising, digital, and print assets using generative AI and Adobe Creative Cloud. Translate briefs into polished, on-brand creative work, manage multiple requests, conduct quality reviews, brief and guide creative teams, present AI workflows to clients, and collaborate with Producers, Creative, and Product teams. Improve creative systems, templates, and workflows while staying current with emerging AI and design technologies.

Own the commercial and strategic health of a SaaS customer portfolio, including renewals, expansion, QBRs, account planning, stakeholder relationships, and proactive communication. Partner with customer success counterparts and agency partners to align platform experience with account strategy. Maintain accurate client documentation and identify upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals, usage patterns, and business value.
