Manage and grow Pelican’s South Central territory across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users; identify new opportunities; expand accounts; conduct customer visits, demonstrations, presentations, and training; represent the company at trade events; monitor market activity; maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts; and collaborate with internal teams to support customers from quote through delivery.

Oversee domestic and international corporate tax compliance, reporting, planning, provisions, audits, transfer pricing, VAT, and tax strategy. The Tax Manager will research regulations, identify tax efficiencies, support budgeting and financial reporting, maintain tax systems, collaborate with Finance and Accounting, and present recommendations to senior leadership. The role also manages tax processes, deadlines, and team development.

Design and develop protective products from concept through manufacturing. Manage multiple product development and improvement projects, create 3D CAD designs, develop test plans, analyze results, resolve engineering issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, support manufacturing transitions, and work with vendors and customers. The role also identifies cost, quality, and production improvements while ensuring projects meet schedule and budget requirements.

Designs, integrates, programs, commissions, and troubleshoots automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and industrial controls. Leads automation projects from concept through validation, develops technical documentation, supports FAT/SAT and machine safety, improves equipment performance and OEE, evaluates vendors and technologies, and provides technical guidance across multiple manufacturing facilities. Domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Manages Pelican’s social media communities, audience engagement, creator and influencer relationships, and affiliate partnerships. The role coordinates campaigns, product gifting, outreach, fulfillment, and partner communications while tracking social performance, conducting social listening, analyzing trends, and reporting actionable insights. The coordinator also supports brand consistency, content development, and emerging creator and digital partnership opportunities.

Lead the development of custom protective packaging solutions from concept through production. Partner with customers, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams to define requirements, design solutions, manage technical execution, evaluate feasibility and profitability, and deliver multiple customer programs. Serve as the primary technical customer contact, support proposals and presentations, resolve project risks, and improve manufacturability, design standardization, and quoting efficiency.

Leads new product sourcing and indirect procurement strategies, supplier development, negotiations, cost savings, governance, and procurement team performance. Partners with product, engineering, quality, operations, logistics, and finance teams from concept through commercialization. Manages domestic and international suppliers, RFQs, contracts, product costing, tooling, supplier readiness, production ramp-up, KPIs, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Analyzes global logistics spend, transportation, distribution, and operational data to identify cost, service, capacity, and performance opportunities. Builds forecasts, budgets, dashboards, scorecards, models, and executive reports using SAP and other systems. Supports strategic sourcing, carrier and 3PL evaluations, network optimization, business cases, and continuous improvement while partnering with Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, and external providers.
