Support OSP telecommunications projects by managing pole attachment applications, permitting, and utility coordination from engineering review through final approval. Review work prints and engineering drawings, identify pole ownership, submit and track permits, resolve utility issues, and coordinate with engineering, permitting, construction, and utility teams to ensure timely attachment approvals.

Lead end-to-end engineering for complex outside plant (OSP) fiber and copper builds, overseeing design, permitting, field validation, construction readiness, QA/QC, budgeting, and closeout. Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with utilities/agencies, produce sealed plans and splicing/loss documentation, manage permits/ROW and pole attachments, and drive continuous improvements and reporting.

Coordinate and administer OSP work orders from planning through closeout. Schedule, track, reconcile, and report project milestones, support material procurement, liaise with engineering/planning/drafting/vendors, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements and performance metrics.

Lead and advanced wind technicians perform and supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, composite blade repair, major component exchanges, and LOTO on Siemens/GE/Gamesa turbines. Responsibilities include safety planning (JHAs/RAs), crew leadership, inspecting and repairing composite and electrical/mechanical systems, and documenting work.

Lead end-to-end outside plant (OSP) engineering for complex fiber and copper builds: produce sealed plans, splicing/loss budgets, conduct field surveys, ensure NESC compliance, obtain permits/ROW, manage budgets and QA/QC, coordinate with utilities and stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers through design, construction release, and closeout.
