Lead PBKs portfolio of A/E automation, AI, and innovation initiatives: prioritize intake, govern delivery, run agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, ensure security/compliance, measure ROI and adoption, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Design, build, operate, and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and curated datasets across enterprise systems (Salesforce, Deltek, Autodesk, Azure, Microsoft Fabric). Implement data models, orchestration, API-first services, monitoring, data quality, lineage, and governance to support BI, reporting, AI/ML, and business decision-making. Collaborate with analytics, IT/security, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable data delivery.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications and integrations for AEC workflows. Develop API-first back ends, modern React/TypeScript front ends, Azure-hosted solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Partner with stakeholders, implement secure development practices, support production services, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, and mentor other developers.

Produce high-quality architectural construction documents across all project phases (Schematic Design through Construction Administration). Use Revit to build models, assemble plans and permit documents, coordinate with team members, create presentation materials, and support architects and project managers during construction administration.

Lead and elevate firmwide architectural design; supervise and mentor design staff; ensure consistent design quality across projects; support business development, firmwide design standards, and integration of technologies into design processes.

Lead BIM drafting and modeling efforts following PBK BIM standards. Produce architectural plans and detail sheets, review redlines, QA others' BIM/drafting work, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to meet project scope and timelines.

Manage project financials by ensuring contract compliance, accurate billing, AR/AP processing, ERP project setup, month‑end close support, WIP preparation, internal controls, and financial analysis to support Project Managers and Operations.
