Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for sourcing, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, closing, and growing B2B SaaS accounts. Sell to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering), run outbound campaigns, partner with Solutions Engineering, maintain CRM and forecasts, and spend onsite time with customers to drive adoption and expansion.

Lead and scale the company's revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Design and optimize end-to-end GTM processes, forecasting, pipeline analytics, CRM data integrity, dashboards, and compensation structures. Manage the GTM tech stack, identify funnel bottlenecks, drive operational cadence, and partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to enable predictable revenue growth.
